We have had reports that some Members are having technical difficulties transferring funds via Internet Banking, specifically when transferring between accounts.
If you are having any difficulties with Internet Banking, please follow the steps below:
- Tick the ‘Display Account’ option on the accounts
Ensure the accounts you are transferring between have the ‘Display Account’ option selected. To do this visit the ‘Organise Accounts’ page, located under ‘Accounts’ in the top menu.
- Clear Browser Cache
Ensure your devices’ web browser isn’t caching old website content by clearing the cache. Simply visit http://www.refreshyourcache.com/, select your internet browser and follow the prompts.
